Biography
Professional Interests: Dr. Josiah Ward is a board-certified pediatrician with a deep commitment to helping children thrive — physically, emotionally, and socially. He brings a wealth of experience in both clinical care and medical leadership, including service as a United States Air Force physician and Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Ward is passionate about creating healthcare environments where every child and family feels seen, heard, and respected. He is especially interested in guiding families through healthy development, mentoring future healthcare professionals, and advancing rural healthcare through community partnerships and education.
Personal Interests: Outside of medicine, Dr. Ward enjoys hiking, camping, music, and theater. A devoted husband and father of seven, he finds joy in exploring the outdoors and sharing meaningful experiences with his family. He and his loved ones are excited to discover the beauty of Eastern Oregon and become active members of the community.
