Chief Executive Officer

CEO Jeremy P. Davis, MHAJeremy P. Davis, MHA

Our executive team is led by President/CEO Jeremy P. Davis, MHA. Jeremy joined the organization in 2018. Prior to joining GRH, Jeremy spent four years serving in various administrative and C-Suite positions with Sutter Health in California. In 2016 he was recruited to serve as the CEO for the Evanston Regional Hospital, s 42-bed facility, in Evanston, WY. While there, Jeremy was the recipient of the American College of Healthcare Executives (“ACHE”) Early Career Healthcare Executive Regent’s Award, recognizing ACHE members who have significantly contributed toward the advancement of healthcare management excellence. Born and raised in Eastern Oregon, he obtained a degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho and earned a Masters in Health Administration from Ohio State University. He has successfully recruited 38 new providers in the past three years. He was recognized in July 2019 by Becker’s as one of 70 critical access hospital CEOs to know in 2019 and was invited by Health Leaders Media to participate in recent CEO Exchange events.

Bob Seymour

Bob Seymour, CPA

Senior Director Finance/Chief Financial Officer

Bob joined the organization in 2016 following an 18-year career in public accounting where he served individual, business, municipal and not for profit clients in audit and tax and financial reporting areas. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon. After earning his accounting degree, he spent 18 years as a full time rancher raising cattle and hay prior to entering the accounting field. Bob is responsible for all the Hospital’s financial operations, Facilities, Materials, and Laundry.

Tammy Winde

Tammy Winde, MPH

Senior Director Provider Services

Tammy joined the organization in 2006. Tammy is responsible for the clinics and provider practice operations. She has spent the majority of her career in the healthcare industry serving as a pharmacy tech, radiographer, medical clinic manager, quality risk management coordinator and electronic health record specialist. In 2012, she developed, implemented and managed the Patient Centered Care programs for the organization until being promoted to Senior Director in 2018. She continues to provide oversight of that program.

Parhez Sattar

Senior Director Information Services/Chief Information Officer/Information Security Officer

Parhez joined the organization for the second time in 2002. He obtained his MBA in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University in 2019. He provides strategic business leadership and vision through services that ensure the collection, maintenance, safety, and privacy of patient health records and other information assets for the organization. As part of that, Parhez oversees the operation of the Information Technology, Data Analytics, Clinical Informatics, and Information Security teams.

Wendy Roberts

Wendy Roberts

Senior Director Administrative Services

Wendy joined the organization in 1994. Born and raised in Eastern Oregon, she earned a Business and Economics degree from Eastern Oregon University in 1991. Wendy is responsible for the oversight of the Board of Trustees, Auxiliary and Foundation Board of Directors, as well as administrative staff functions; the GRH Foundation, marketing and public relations efforts, and employee engagement. Wendy serves as the Community Benefit Officer coordinating the Community Health Needs Assessment every three-years and working with community stakeholders to identify and alleviate the unmet health needs in Union County.

Kathy Dagnon, MBA

Senior Director Human Resources

Kathy joined the organization in 2022, after serving twice as an interim in 2018 and 2021. She is responsible for all personnel-related operations and has worked in HR leadership roles since 2006, primarily in a hospital setting. Kathy obtained her undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin and her Master’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in HR Management, from the University of Phoenix. In 2020, Kathy opened her own HR consulting firm, working for various industries including health care, aerospace, and heavy manufacturing prior to joining GRH.
