Biography
Dr. Kucera chose emergency medicine for its unique challenges and the opportunity to care for patients during their most vulnerable moments. She values collaboration, respect for individual needs, and working with patients to find treatment plans that align with both medical standards and personal circumstances. She was drawn to Grande Ronde Hospital for its strong mission and supportive culture, and is committed to providing excellent emergency care in a rural setting.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Kucera and her husband enjoy exploring Eastern Oregon through skiing, hiking, and discovering local treasures — including huckleberry picking. They are also passionate about birding and falconry.
