Nichole Welch Joins GRH Women’s Clinic

Grande Ronde Hospital and Clinics is pleased to welcome Nichole Welch, NP, RNFA, to the GRH Women’s Clinic.
Nichole has been part of the GRH family for over 13 years, serving in various clinical roles, most recently in the operating room alongside Drs. Whitaker and Romer. With a longstanding commitment to patient care in our community, Nichole is embarking on a new chapter, bringing her passion for women’s health to the forefront.
Her philosophy of care centers on partnership and trust, believing that the best outcomes happen when patients and providers work together.
In her new role, Nichole will:
- Provide care in the GRH Women’s Clinic
- Continue assisting with procedures in the operating room
- Offer continuity between clinic and surgical care
“I love helping women learn how to take care of themselves so they can improve their quality of life,” said Welch. “Women are so strong but often put themselves last—I want to help change that.”
Outside of work, Nichole enjoys rafting, biking, camping, and foraging—along with reading, knitting, and baking sourdough for her family.
