GRH CEO Jeremy Davis Selected as Chair-Elect of Statewide Hospital Board

Grande Ronde Hospital President and CEO Jeremy Davis has been named Chair-Elect of the Board of Trustees for the Hospital Association of Oregon, the trade association that represents Oregon hospitals and health systems.
In this role, Davis will help guide the hospital association’s strategic priorities and advocacy efforts on behalf of hospitals across the state, with a particular focus on access to care, workforce stability, and the long-term sustainability of healthcare in rural and underserved communities. He will assume the role of Board Chair upon completing his term as Chair-Elect.
For Grande Ronde Hospital, Davis’s appointment reflects more than an individual honor. It signals growing recognition of the leadership and perspective that independent, rural hospitals bring to statewide health policy conversations.

The Hospital Association of Oregon plays a key role in advocating for hospitals at the state level, supporting quality-improvement initiatives, and convening healthcare leaders to address shared challenges. As Chair-Elect, Davis will work alongside hospital leaders from across Oregon to help shape the hospital association’s direction during a time of continued change in healthcare delivery and financing.
Davis has served as President and CEO of Grande Ronde Hospital since late 2018, leading the organization through a period of significant growth and transformation while maintaining its independence and strong community roots. Under his leadership, GRH has expanded access to specialty care, invested in facilities and technology, and strengthened its role as a cornerstone of health and economic stability in Northeast Oregon.
His appointment reinforces Grande Ronde Hospital’s ongoing commitment to contributing beyond its walls—bringing local experience, practical insight, and a rural voice to conversations that shape healthcare across Oregon.
