As we enter the current stretch of the Healthier Together Campaign, we have plenty to celebrate—and plenty still to accomplish. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we've reached incredible milestones, including the completion of our new, expanded Surgical Services department at Grande Ronde Hospital. This state-of-the-art addition is a huge step forward in our goal to provide top-quality care. It is important to remember that Healthier Together is not only about one new addition—it is about building capacity across all of our services and clinics to meet the growing needs of our community.

Important next steps

While we've made tremendous progress, the heart of the Healthier Together Campaign is just now coming into focus. Our vision for the future includes:

• Expanding clinics. By growing our clinic sizes and adding new equipment, we'll be able to serve more patients more quickly, reducing wait times and improving overall access to care.
• Bringing in advanced equipment. We're investing in the latest technology so we can offer a broader range of services, as well as an even higher standard of care.
• Supporting our health care teams. We're committed to recruiting and retaining the best health care professionals through training programs, workforce development and tuition assistance, ensuring our community has access to top-notch care for years to come.

Our goal is to create a health care organization that grows alongside our community—one that is ready to meet today's needs and is prepared for tomorrow's challenges.
