Meet some of our newest providers
Brandy McLendon, DO, General Surgery. Dr. McLendon and her family relocated here after looking for the right place to set down roots and raise a family. She completed both her internship and residency at Sky Ridge Medical Center in Lone Tree, Colorado, after earning her medical degree in Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. McLendon enjoys all aspects of general surgery—such as acute care, breast and abdominal surgeries, surgical repairs of hemorrhoids and hernias, and everything in between. She employs minimally invasive and laparoscopic techniques whenever suitable. She also provides endoscopic colorectal and upper GI screenings and diagnostic care.
Dr. McLendon enjoys spending her personal time on her favorite hobbies—reading, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and son and their three Labradors.
Jacob Sandefur, CRNA, DNP, Anesthesiology. Nurse Anesthetist Jacob Sandefur has an extensive and diverse history, from plastic surgery to level one trauma care. Sandefur excels in all areas throughout the medical field and has received honorable distinctions over the course of his nine years of education.
He earned his undergraduate degree from the Duke University School of Nursing before earning his Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Anesthesiology from the University of Tennessee.
Sandefur tailors his anesthesia care to the individual needs of each patient, using the most up-to-date methods, research and evidence available. His professional interest in patient safety and comfort helps determine how he approaches each patient’s needs. In his free time, Sandefur enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends.
Misty Free-Stouder, DNP, FNP-C, AGACNP, Family Medicine. Free-Stouder earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of South Alabama after earning her Master of Science in Nursing there as well. She earned her undergraduate degree from Oregon Health & Science University and is happy to be back in Oregon.
Free-Stouder is passionate about providing education to patients, enabling them to make informed health decisions that work best for them as individuals. She believes everyone is entitled to being heard and receiving patient-centered, unbiased care. She looks forward to providing care to those with acute and urgent needs while taking complex health histories into consideration.
Free-Stouder enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her child at sporting events, cooking, reading and being outdoors.
