Our vision is to bridge the gap in rural healthcare by developing skilled, community-minded nurses who are driven by purpose and dedicated to providing safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.
Program Highlights:
- Structured onboarding and clinical training
- Retention Rate over the last 4 years = 96%
- Residents obtain a (temporary) full time, benefited FTE x 12 months
- Married state preceptor model
- 12 hours per month of classroom didactic/simulation/virtual reality
