At Grande Ronde Hospital (GRH), our self-perpetuating Board of Trustees is a diverse group committed to guiding the hospital's mission of delivering high-quality health care to our community. Comprised of 13 voting members, the Board includes 11 community members serving three-year terms, as well as the President and CEO, the Medical Staff President, and the Medical Staff President-Elect.
The Medical Staff President serves a two-year term, while the Medical Staff President-Elect holds a non-voting role for two years before transitioning into the President position. This structure ensures seamless leadership and consistent representation in Board discussions.
The Board meets monthly, except during July and August, and oversees several critical committees, including:

- Finance Committee
- Governance Committee
- Quality Committee
