Troy JuniperTroy Juniper, Imaging Services Manager at Grande Ronde Hospital, has recently received the credential of Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) through the Radiology Administration Certification Commission (RACC). He will now hold the CRA designation and may add "CRA" credentials after his name.

The CRA program is the first and only credentialing opportunity recognizing the range of skills and expertise an imaging administrator possesses. The credential was designed to recognize professional competencies in five key medical imaging management areas:

  • Financial Management
  • Communication andInformation Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • Operations Management
  • Asset Management

Only those candidates who meet education and experience requirements, and are able to pass a rigorous national examination are awarded the CRA credential. Since 2002, across the nation only 1,000 imaging professionals have earned the CRA – the only credential recognizing medical imaging management excellence.

Grande Ronde Hospital is honored to have Juniper on its management team and extend congratulations to him for achieving this prestigious honor.
