Learn how to cope with diabetes at Diabetes Boot Camp – a series of free monthly meetings on the basics of self-care for people newly diagnosed with diabetes and for those who want a refresher.
Guest speaker June Wilson, an occupational therapist at Grande Ronde Hospital Rehabilitation Therapy Services, will present information on making healthy living activities part of your lifestyle at the next meeting, Thursday, September 20, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Grande Ronde Hospital, Mt. Emily conference room, 900 Sunset Drive, in La Grande.
