2023 New Year’s Baby welcomed at GRH

The first baby of the New Year has arrived at Grande Ronde Hospital! Parents Belen Meaderds and Joseph Meaderds welcomed their third child, baby girl Scarlett Rose Meaderds at 9:08 p.m. on Monday, January 2. Scarlett was born at six (6) pounds five (5) ounces, measuring 17 ¾ inches long.
To celebrate her arrival, Scarlett’s family were presented with a gift basket overflowing with diapers and gifts from the GRH Auxiliary, as well as a quilt from the Quilt Questers on the afternoon of January 3. Although unable to congratulate them in person, the Auxiliary passed along their congratulations and well-wishes to the family. GRH congratulates the family on Scarlett’s special arrival, and wishes them a year of hope, health and blessings!
