Description:
Requirements: College Education or equivalent experience, preferably with a degree in secretarial or healthcare related field. Minimum three years administrative assistant experience, preferably at the executive level. Demonstrate responsibility, initiative, honesty, and high quality verbal and written skills. Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Power Point and MS Office applications. Must be able to multi task and work in a high demand position. Must be highly personable and work well under pressure. Ability to effectively coordinate arrangements for multiple meetings, conferences, both virtually and in person. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Position Summary: Executive Assistant for the Executive Director Patient Care Services also serves as assistant support as needed/able for the ACNO and PCS managers and directors. Serves as the point of contact for GRH Telemedicine program.
