Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, foods and nutrition or related area granted by a U.S. regionally accredited college or university, or foreign equivalent. Completion of required dietetics coursework and supervised practice through a Didactic Program in Dietetics and Dietetic Internship or Coordinated Program in Dietetics accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetic. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Oregon State License. Continues appropriate nutrition education to maintain up to date Nutrition practice and maintain RDN.
